The hotel complex is located in an area of ​​30,000 square meters in the suburbs of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The location is in Brazil’s Atlantic shoreline that give stunning sea views.

The complex includes the hotel building with own pool to 50 meter, Spa Center, three restaurants, a cafe and rooftop garden, as well as cases of a half circle with its own beach, apartment, restaurant, cafe into a complex of buildings and the swimming pool with the sea water of 146 meters. This pool will be one of the largest in Latin America. In addition to the hotel complex, including the State Guest House, the mooring, площадкис recreation area and gardens at different levels. the hotel complex also includes a group of old hotel construction built in the late 19th century colonial style at the Opening. planned for 2016 Olympic Games ”
